How to use the filter bottle

Before use, wash the filter bottle, cylindrical funnel, sand core crucible and other instruments, and match the rubber stopper according to the size of the filter bottle mouth, make a hole in the rubber stopper, and then insert the cylindrical funnel, crucible, etc. into the rubber stopper. The upper mouth of the filter bottle is connected to a mechanical pump or aspirating pump with a rubber tube, the lower mouth is connected with a rubber tube, the filtrate is placed on an elevated rack, and the rubber bite tube is used to pass into the sand core crucible. Adjust the flow rate according to the filtration speed, and all are installed. The mechanical pump or tap water can be started, and the gas in the filter bottle is discharged at this time, forming a pressure difference, forcing the liquid in the crucible to flow into the filter bottle through the sand core filter plate to achieve the purpose of accelerating the filtration. When the filtrate in the filter bottle increases, it can be discharged from the lower rubber tube, so that the filtration can be carried out continuously.
